Abstract

Background: Based on observer-based method, this paper investigates robust control problem of a class of secondary regulation rotate speed systems with the state being not completely measurable. Method: By applying Hamiltonian function method and some existing results, we presented several new results on the issue. Firstly, to conveniently apply, the Hamiltonian realization method was given for general nonlinear systems. Then, by transforming the secondary regulation rotate speed system under study into its Hamiltonian form, we presented two results on the asymptotic stability and observer-based H∞ control problems. Conclusion: Finally, an illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness of the result obtained in this paper.
