Abstract
Glycochips can be used to investigate the carbohydrate-protein interactions in highthroughput mode. Carbohydrates can be immobilized on the support surface by covalent or noncovalent binding. The derivatizations of carbohydrates for immobilizing to form glycochips were summarized herein.
