Abstract

To explore the effective improvement of business decision-making, this paper takes consumers as a utility factor in business decision-making. Under the assumption of maximizing the interests of consumers and manager, it describes the problems and establishes Stackelberg game model, which uses the heuristic algorithm of sensitivity to solve the business decision-making model of two charging items with the number of consumers as N through calculation, and discussed the corresponding strategies, hopes can provide decision-making reference for the managing of two charging projects at the same time. The results show that for the operation with two charging items, the manager shall decide whether to improve and the order of improvement according to the improvement cost and the net utility after improvement.
