<div&gt;Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a new&lt;/div&gt;<div&gt;virus that is the source of COVID-19 pandemic and causing great damage all over the&lt;/div&gt;<div&gt;world. Among the main accelerating factors of mortality due to COVID-19 are the&lt;/div&gt;<div&gt;direct endothelial damage caused by coronaviruses and the defect in the clotting&lt;/div&gt;<div&gt;mechanism due to the cytokine storm. These two main destructive factors are deeply&lt;/div&gt;<div&gt;related the dysregulation of the immune system. The comorbidities and ethnic&lt;/div&gt;<div&gt;variations are also effecting the risk of associated thrombogenic disruption. Beta&lt;/div&gt;<div&gt;glucans are gathering a wide range of attention due to their immunostimulating effect,</div&gt;<div&gt;drug potential, and biologically active nature against many diseases by boosting the&lt;/div&gt;<div&gt;immune system. In this review, the healing and positive effect of the biological&lt;/div&gt;<div&gt;response modifier, beta glucan, on COVID-19's symptoms such as cytokine storm,</div&gt;<div&gt;coagulopathy, lung inflammation causing mortality by modulating the immune system&lt;/div&gt;<div&gt;are discussed.</div&gt;
