The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of accurate target market identification for startups and to present effective strategies for market segmentation and audience targeting. This study is based on a descriptive evaluation of case studies in the Middle East region. The research findings highlight that startups with a clearly defined and well-targeted audience were significantly more likely to achieve high conversion rates and sustained growth. Startups that employed detailed audience personas and tailored their marketing communications accordingly saw marked improvements in brand engagement and customer acquisition.
