The impact has been particularly severe for entrepreneurs and local giant stores, leading to substantial losses. This study aims to provide support for giant stores to operate efficiently within the constraints of social distancing measures. It explores the integration of technology to maintain social distancing and streamline the entire purchasing process effectively.
