In the current study, the synthesis and characterization of a metal matrix composite material encompassing MoS2 , B4C and graphite as reinforcement have been carried out. Hybrid composites are prepared by using stir-casting techniques with various weight percentages (1%, 2%, and 3%) of each reinforcement (Molybdenum Disulfide, Boron carbide and Graphite). After fabrication, the ingots were subjected to various tests to study their mechanical behaviour and microstructure. Tensile test, hardness test, and impact test were conducted by ASTM standard to find the effect of reinforcement on aluminium metal matrix composite (Al 7075- MoS2 , B4C, and graphite). The microstructural study (scanning electron microscope) was conducted to assess the distribution of reinforcement on the composite. The spread and interaction of constituent materials play a key role in their properties. The results show that the addition of reinforcements up to 3% to matrix metal Al 7075, the hardness, tensile, and impact properties were increased compared to base AL 7075 alloy.
